Digital Products
Digital products, downloads, course offerings, and video purchases are not able to be refunded due to their irrevocable nature. However, if the product you purchased is defective or you are not satisfied with quality of the item, please contact us so that we can find a solution.

Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it. We will gladly send you a 100% refund on the price of your physical merchandise (unless otherwise noted), less any shipping costs. No questions asked.
